Brockton District Court Super Trial day in January

The Brockton District Court has announced its next Super Trial day on January 22, 2020. For those unfamiliar with the with the criminal practices of the Brockton District Court, 'Super Trial' days were invented as a means of disposing a large amount of cases where the likelihood of a trial is very low and/or result in a dismissal. These may be circumstances where alleged victims and witnesses are unlikely to appear after being summonsed or cases where a privilege will likely be asserted. Place this day in your calendar for future reference.
